Fairly obscure Obermann is an over-the-top blowhard – that’s his thing. I’ve never heard of John Gibson. Obermann sticks to the MSNBC scrirpt. Sounds like Gibson sticks to Murdoch’s too. I’ll bet Gibson can’t pronounce the word nuclear. Fox news makes all their people use the fake word nuke-u-ler . Personally, I don’t think Fox viewers like to have the news so dumbed-down, but that’s their thing.

And, as I don’t watch a lot of Fox News, I can’t pull up of the top of my head actual quotes and examples of when Bill, Glenn, Shep, Sean, Greta et al tell the truth. However, when you stop putting aside your blind hatred and watch the stories, you will find spots of truth in what they say. A stopped clock is right twice a day and nobody’s perfect, so Fox News can’t be the perfect opposite of MSNBC, which has said straight out lies at times.

Well, as most of the opinion or “in-depth” programming on Fox News is interupted on the half-hour by news breaks, most days there is at least truth for 60 seconds every 30 minutes. So, your theory is proven wrong.
But assuming you don’t believe a word of what’s on Fox News said by the hosts, when they play actual video tape which disagrees with them, that would be the truth too. So, there’s more flaws in your thesis.

I think you responded to my post but meant to respond to somebody else.
My comment was in responce to somebody who claimed fewer views equals better show or winning the ratings. I sarcastically pointed out that fewer viewers means fewer viewers, not better or higher quality viewers.

I’m actually a bit disapointed in this Olbermann Watch. I was hoping that it’d be more like taking Olbermann’s words and then showing clips of facts and Politicians or other news that prove him wrong. Something like, you see the “Worst Person in the World” bit, then show a news clip of somebody who killed somebody or did something really bad that day,.
A lot of what I’ve seen has been just other commentators Kvetching.
