Is Steve McNair’s murder a reflection of the gender bias and religious idiocracy that exists in this country?

It seems pretty evident at this point that McNair’s girlfriend murdered him. What I find sad is the fact that the women posting comments are saying things such as "he should not have cheated, he got what he deserved", and "God punishes those who commit adultery". Are you F**king kidding me!? This guys was shot and killed and because he was cheating on his wife he deserved it. I’m not sure who is dumber in this country, women or religious bigots?

Blame the media. They’ve treated both his death and Michael Jackson’s with kid gloves.
I’m guessing that when Chris Brown kicks, he will suddenly no longer be a woman beater.

Just because someone decides to change sexual partners does not mean that their life should have no value or be ended. I definitely blame the sexually inhibitory society in which we live. We are a nation of prudes because of the restrictive values the religious right have placed on such a natural and wonderful process (sex).
No one should die for being confused about what they want out of their love life, we all go through tough times and make mistakes. The mass amount of misandry and sexism vs men in this country is astounding.

now dont go putting all women in the dumb category. I dont agree with murder no matter the situation of adultery. they should have divorced and let it go. he shouldnt have been shot. Im a woman and im saying this. He didnt get what he deserved. His girlfriend was the coward in that scenario…the ‘other woman’ is always the stupid one in the triangle of adultery…
